【語学講座】ウルドゥー語中級以上Ⅱ（CEFR B1）
【言語の紹介】
Urdu is an Indo-Aryan language spoken primarily in Pakistan and India. It is the national language of Pakistan and one of the officially recognized languages of India. Urdu is also spoken by communities around the world, including in the Middle East, Europe, North America, and other parts of Asia. The language developed in South Asia through the interaction of local languages with Persian, Arabic, and Turkish influences. Urdu is known for its rich literary tradition, beautiful poetry, and elegant script, which is written from right to left using a modified Perso-Arabic alphabet.
【講座の目的】
The primary objective of this course is to develop students' practical proficiency in spoken Urdu so that they can use the language accurately, fluently, and confidently in everyday life. Through this course, students will be trained in effective communication for general and formal conversations, social interactions, and academic and professional settings. Furthermore, students will be introduced to the pronunciation, intonation, idioms, and everyday expressions of Urdu so that they not only learn the language but also understand the cultural etiquette and cultural nuances associated with spoken Urdu. The goal of this course is for students to experience practical improvement in their listening, comprehension, and speaking skills in Urdu.
【講座内容】
This course is designed for learners at the CEFR Intermediate (B1) level who wish to improve their practical Urdu communication skills. The course focuses on the effective use of formal and informal Urdu in different social and professional contexts. Students will develop skills in expressing opinions, agreeing and disagreeing politely, participating in discussions, interviews, meetings, and presentations, and describing events using past, present, and future tenses fluently. Attention will also be given to cultural communication etiquette, regional speech styles, active listening, and narrative skills to help learners communicate confidently and naturally in Urdu.
