【語学講座】アラビア語（シリア語)初級Ⅰ（CEFR PreA1~A1）
【言語の紹介】
Syrian Damascus Arabic refers to the group of Arabic dialects spoken in and around the city of Damascus, the capital of Syria. It belongs to the Levantine Arabic group and is widely regarded as one of the most prestigious and influential dialects across the Arab world. Because of its clear pronunciation, melodic intonation, and cultural prominence, Syrian Arabic has often been used in television dramas, films, and music, contributing to its recognition and intelligibility throughout the region.
【講座の目的】
The focus is on practical communication in everyday situations. It covers the essential vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation needed to understand and speak the dialect. Depending on the participants’ backgrounds, the course may include in-depth comparisons with Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) or other dialects they have previously studied.
【講座内容】
This course focuses on expanding students’ vocabulary, improving fluency, and deepening understanding of grammar, idiomatic expressions, and pronunciation patterns characteristic of the Damascene dialect. Emphasis is placed on real-life communication through dialogues, listening comprehension, and role-play activities.
